Major issues never seem to happen during the business day. Rest assured you will always have access to the Total 24×7 team to assist in your recovery.
Yearly DR Test
As the old adage goes, practice makes perfect. Once a year, you can request a backup / DR test where your environment is spun up virtually on the device or in the cloud.
Included with your Total360 Solution is an initial training session on the functionality and usage for your system administrators.
Minor updates and patches will be pushed to the appliance regularly, and major updates will be performed by as needed.
Monitoring & Proactive Notification
Once your Total360 solution is deployed, it will actively monitor devices for alarms or outages including: system updates, failed backups, ransomware detection, or large changes in data volume. Should such a situation arise, the system’s proactive notification will automatically generate a service ticket.
While subscribing to the Total360 service, your appliance is under warranty against defects or workmanship for up to 3 years (flash storage) or 5 years (spinning disk).
