INSTALLATION DESIGN REPRESENTATIVE - opening listed 11/12/02

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the design and implementation of new telephone system / voicemail post-sale. Travel to customer's site, draw floor plans, design new system features, enter information into a Microsoft database and help train users of the new system.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of one year experience in a customer service or similar work environment. Above average communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Must have good PC skills (MS Office), be well-organized and very detail orientated. Must be willing to travel throughout CT and MA by car. Company provides technical training to candidates who meet the above criteria.

INSTALLATION DESIGN MANAGER

Location: East Hartford, CT

Job Description:
The Installation Design Manager oversees a group of representatives that coordinate the desing and implementation of business telephone PBXs and key systems.


Job Requirements:
Candidates must have prior experience with the design and implementation of Avaya, Inter-tel or Nortel products. Candidates must be extremely detail oriented, have excellent face to face customer service skills and thrive in a technical environment. This position is 60% in-house and 40% travel by car throughout CT, MA, RI and NY. We offer mileage reimbursement.


DISPATCHER

LOCATIONS:
East Hartford, CT

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in a call-center answering inbound calls from customers with technical questions about their business telephone system. Troubleshooting over the telephone and preparing service orders for technicians.

QUALIFICATIONS:
One year + prior customer service experience, preferably in a call-center. Excellent telephone communication skills. Detailed and accurate data entry skills.


NETWORK CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATIONS:
East Hartford, CT
Fairfield County, CT
Auburn, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supports the sales staff and act as a liaison between the customer and local telephone company. Manage workflow and processes of business telephone service installations ordered through the local telephone company. This process includes order input and follow up. Track the progress of order installation and work closely with the telephone company to ensure that orders are processed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of Lotus Notes and BRMS. One year + prior experience working in a customer service environment. Candidate must have excellent telephone skills, high attention to detail and good data entry skills.
