RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities may include answering telephones, typing letters / memos
using MS Word / Excel, ordering office supplies, preparing spreadsheets, sorting
mail, filing, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
multiple tasks; must have working knowledge of MS Word / Excel; must possess
above average communication skills. A secretarial degree or equivalent experience
is desired.
RECEPTIONIST
LOCATIONS:
East Hartford, CT
Fairfield County, CT
Auburn, MA
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include answering a multi-line telephone, greeting customers
and light computer work using MS Office.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience answering a multi-line telephone system is preferred but
not required.
ACCOUNTING CLERK
LOCATIONS:
East Hartford, CT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include AP / AR filing, sorting and distribution of mail,
answering telephones, and expense and commission tracking using Microsoft
Excel.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must possess very high attention to detail and be able to work
independently. Working knowledge of MS Excel / Access is preferred.
SHIPPING & RECEIVING
LOCATIONS:
East Hartford, CT
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work in a busy warehouse receiving / checking in deliveries and preparing
deliveries for shipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience with computerized UPS system very helpful. Must be organized
and work well with others. Some heavy lifting is required.
