JOB DESCRIPTION:
Conduct various sales activities that drive prospects through
the awareness phases of the sales cycle; Increase acceptance and usage of
IP telephony and networking services within a client organization to create
upsell opportunities; Input and track prospecting activity in our ECRM software
as well as provide the proper follow-up activity; Negotiate with senior buyers,
purchasing agents and key customer personnel. Quote all product lines as required
by customer needs. Prepare, propose and negotiate total fixed or flexible
packages for one-time or contract orders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have prior experience in the sale of "multi-service"
solutions, specifically with Voice over IP, IP Telephony, Wireless and Video;
1+ years prior experience working in the PBX market with manufacturers such
as Avaya, Intertel or Nortel; Candidates with the above requirements as well
as Cisco Sales Expert or Enterprise certifications will receive first consideration;
Must have sold into the "C" level in Major Accounts and the G E
M market.
DATA NETWORKING ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
LOCATIONS:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market LAN / WAN infrastructure / applications and IP telephony to medium
and large corporate accounts. Salary plus commission.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A background in LAN / WAN sales. Cisco background preferred. Two years + technical
sales experience in the voice / data industry. Candidates must have experience
selling to the C level. Candidates with a background selling to the G E M
market will receive first consideration.
TELEPHONE SYSTEM ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - open in all offices 11/12/02

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market telephone and voice mail systems for the 7th largest interconnect company
in the US. Products include Avaya, Inter-Tel, and Vodavi. Salary plus commission,
bonus and car/cell allowance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires one year + experience in outside B2B sales of telephone systems.
First consideration will be given to candidates having sold Avaya and/or Inter-Tel
products.
Sales Engineer Pre-sales engineering support for Avaya, Inter-tel and Cisco phone system sales
JOB
DESCRIPTION:
This position provides pre-sales support and application design of the Avaya
and Inter-tel telephony products and services. The pre-sales engineer supports
our sales representatives in the field with customer presentations and provides
system configuration support during the design process. Monthly/quarterly
sales trainings are conducted to educate the field sales representatives on
product software updagrades and new technology.

REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 2 years prior experience working with the design and configuration
of PBX and or hybrid systems is required. Candidates possessing hands-on experience
with either the Avaya or Intertel products will receive first consideration.
Working knowledge of VoIP and IP telephony is necessary.
NETWORK ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - SNET

QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of long distance and / or voice and data, including Frame Relay

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market local and long distance as well as data services to small and mid-size
businesses throughout MA. Frame Relay, DSL, ATM and Centrex product background
is a plus. Salary plus commission.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Business to business sales background in telecommunication or related field.
Prefer one year + experience in sales for a CLEC and / or LD carrier. Frame
Relay, DSL, ATM and Centrex product background is a plus.
BASE ACCOUNT MANAGER
