TECHNICIANS

TELEPHONE TECHNICIAN - Rhode Island and Massachusetts only as of 11/12/02

LOCATIONS:
East Hartford, CT
Fairfield County, CT
Auburn, MA
Warwick, RI

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Install or service business telephone systems (PBX, key and hybrid) with voice mail, auto attendant, IVR, etc. within your geographic area. May also provide adds, moves and changes to existing telephone systems including T1 customers and software upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent attention to detail. Prior installation or service experience with Avaya Unity/Audix required. Exposure to Cisco's IP Telephony product (AVVID) a plus. For employment in Connecticut, a T2 license is preferred. Good driving record.
